Ruggedized Sensing Module Enclosure

Tresca was asked to design a hardware-free enclosure resistant to weather, chemicals, and vehicle impact. Collaborating with the electronics team, we brought the design from concept into manufacturing. This product launched successfully, reshaping data capture in the automotive market.

Dual-Motorized Adjustable Mirror System

Tresca's goal was to build a prototype Curry Mirror for field testing. By retrofitting motors and controls into existing side-view mirror hardware, we enabled independent adjustment of two mirrors within one housing. Successfully completed, the prototype is now being used to demonstrate the invention's importance and gather public support. This innovation promises to enhance vehicle safety, reducing blind spot-related accidents

Yes! Tresca has a fleet of FDM and Resin 3D printers as well as a machine shop in-house. This allows us to create models, prototypes, and production mock-ups in a fast and cost-effective manner.
